Age 30 to 50 years

Males Females and Transgenders

Prolapsed Intervertebral disc Radiologically diagnosed

Positive Trendelenberg Test

NPRS 4 to 7 on NPRS out of 10

Power 3 or more than 3 of Gluteus medius

Exclusion Criteria

History of Trauma to spine

Any Surgical history of Spine

History of Trauma to Hip Joint

Any Surgical history of Hip Joint

Malignancy or tumor

Rheumatic conditions

Obese Individual

Pregnant women
