Subjects diagnosed with lower crossed syndrome in the age group of 30-45 years
2. Diagnosed case of lower crossed syndrome having exaggerated lordosis more than 300
3. Subjects with chronic low back pain more than 4 weeks
4. Subjects with positive thomas test, modified thomas and sit and reach test for muscle tightness
Subjects diagnosed with lumbar canal stenosis & spondylolisthesis.
2. Previous history of spine surgery, fractures or dislocations of the spine and lower limb in the past 6 months
3. Subjects on corticosteroid injection for pain relief in preceding 3 months.
4. Acute inflammations or infections in the surrounding regions
5. Pregnancy
