Both male and female
Negative Spring test
Asymptomatic
SLR < 80
Exclusion Criteria
Symptoms of Lower Back Pain
Lumbar Straightening
SI Joint Dysfunction
History of hamstring injury
Current musculoskeletal pain in hip region
Any other comorbidity limiting joint ROM
