Inclusion Criteria
1. Age 55-80 years old
2. Primary osteoarthritis of the knee with Kellgren-Lawrence stage III-IV
3. Underwent primary total knee arthroplasty
Exclusion Criteria
1. Bilateral total knee arthroplasty in one operation
2. Revision total knee arthroplasty
3. The patient can not exercise as study protocol; seated leg extension with/without the ankle weight
4. Neurological disease with neurodeficit such as stroke, cervical spondylosis radiculopathy, spinal stenosis
5. The patient can not follow-up until the end of the study
