a)Patients aged between 18-65 years of both gender.
b)Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists Physical Status 1 and 2.
c)Patients undergoing surgeries under general endotracheal anaesthesia.
d)Patients who are willing to give written informed consent to participate in the study.
ï?·Not willing to give written informed consent.
ï?·Weighed <40 kg or >100kg.
ï?·Body mass index(BMI) >30kg/m2.
ï?·Pregnant and Lactating women.
ï?·Cardiovascular or respiratory disease.
ï?·Renal, liver, or haematological disorders.
ï?·History of cerebrovascular or psychiatric disease.
ï?·At high risk of aspiration or regurgitation.
ï?·Anticipated difficult intubation.
ï?·Diabetic patients with autonomic dysfunction.
ï?·History of opium addiction or hypersensitivity.
ï?·Known contraindications to use of paracetamol and itâ??s hypersensitivity.
ï?·Continuing consumption of any drugs affecting cardiovascular system.
