Patients over 18 years of old and under 65 years of old
Unconscious patients with GCS score less than 10 without blinking reaction
No obvious damage to the face and eyes
No dry eyes before admission
Do not use eye drops before admission
Having a stomach tube and enteral nutrition based on medical prescription
Having no keratopathy at the start of the study
discharge or transport from ICU

Return of corneal refraction and increased consciousness (GCS score 10 and above)
Not receiving food by mouth based on the doctor's diagnosis
Creating scratches and damage from instruments or other medical errors
Active allergy or infection on surface of eye
Treatment with topical steroidal or non-steroidal ophthalmic anti-inflammatory drugs
History of using anti-anxiety, anti-depressant, anti-hypertensive and antihistamine drugs
History of surgery in last 3 months
Head and neck radiotherapy
Use of omega-3 supplements in last 3 months
History of allergy to fish oil

Name Time Method Exposure keratopathy severity. Timepoint: Before the study, every morning to 1 week. Method of measurement: Examination with fluorescein paper and flashlight with cobalt blue light filter.
