- •Age : 5 months to 5 years
- •ASA grade 1 and 2
- •Children undergoing surgery for complete or incomplete, unilateral or bilateral cleft lip
排除标准
- •Sensitivity to local anaesthetic
- •Bleeding diathesis
- •History of convulsion disorder
- •Hepatic diseases
- •Congenital cardiac anomalies
- •Low birth weight infants
- •Infection in the region of infraorbital foramen
