- •ASA Grade I, II, III
- •femur fracture patient operated under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1.Patients with contraindications for subarachnoid block like refusal for spinal anaesthesia, local infection ,patients with raised intracranial tension and coagulopathy
- •2. Morbid obesity
- •3. Patients with uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, liver and renal disease
- •4. Patients with multiple bone fractures
- •5. Pregnant and lactating mothers
- •6. Patients with psychiatric illness
- •7. Patients with peripheral sensorineural deficit
- •8. Patients with drug addiction or alcohol abuse
