1. Subjects diagnosed with prolapsed intervertebral disc and treated by lumbar decompression surgeries with or without stabilization
2.Subjects between the age group 30- 60 years
3.All the genders will be included.
4.Subjects willing to participate and sign the informed consent form.
5.Medically stable patients.
6.Subjects, who are able to independently perform the transition, maintain static standing and walk without the use of any assistance or aid.
1.Subjects who underwent repeated (More than once) lumbar decompression surgery.
2.Subjects who underwent decompression surgery secondary to neoplastic condition or traumatic episodes.
3.Subjects having history of any CNS surgeries.
4.Subjects having a history of lower limb peripheral nerve injury.
5.Subjects having history of recent fracture in lower limb.
6.Subjects who have ankle injury or have history of recurrent ankle sprain.
7.Subjects with conditions like diabetic polyneuropathy, vestibular disorder or cerebellar disorders.
8.Subjects having foot drop post decompression surgery.
9.Subjects having cervical myelopathy.
