Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Single episode of stroke involving one cerebral hemisphere of duration more than 2 months
- •2\.Stroke occurance confirmed by MRI or CT
- •3\.Voluntary shoulder flexion of the affected arm \=20° with simultaneous elbow extension \=10°and metacarpophalangeal and interphalangeal joint extension \=10° of the paretic limb
- •4\.UE Fugl\-Meyer Assessment score of 17 to 56
- •5\.Modified Ashworth Scale more than 1 over the elbow flexor, forearm pronator,wristflexor,and or finger flexor muscles
- •6\.Able to sit for at least 30 minutes without assistance
