Inclusion Criteria
1. Congenital heart defect (univentricular heart, transposition of the great arteries, tetralogy of Fallot, aortic isthmus stenosis, atrial septal defect)
2. Consent of the patient and/or legal guardian
Exclusion Criteria
1. Syndromic disease with impairment of cognitive development (trisomy 21, microdeletion syndrome (22q11))
2. Missing onsent of the patient and/or legal guardian
