1. A navicular drop test exceeding 10 mm on one side (unilateral flexible flatfoot)
2. No history of symptoms of pain, discomfort, or fatigue around the medial border of the foot, and ankle on the flexible flatfoot in the last 6 months by subjective examination.
1.Body mass index of more than 30 kg/m2.
2.Leg length discrepancy greater than 10 mm.
3.Having a musculoskeletal injury at the lower extremity and lumbar area in the last 6 months that affect the changes of weight-bearing on the foot and gait pattern such as severe ankle sprain, anterior cruciate ligament rupture, meniscus tear, patellofemoral pain syndrome, plantar fasciitis, and scoliosis.
4.History of trauma or surgery on the lower extremity and lumbar area including fracture, and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.
5.History of neurological signs (sensory deficits or motor paralysis) at the lower extremity.
6.Receiving specific treatments within the past 6 months including the plantar intrinsic foot training (short-foot exercise and toe spread out exercise), foot orthoses, and lower limb training (squat, single-leg squat, and lunge training).
