Inclusion Criteria

1. Aged 35-65 years
2. Both men and women
3. Mild to advanced photoaging by Glogau classification group I-III
4. Androgenetic Alopecia by dermoscopic criteria

Exclusion Criteria

1.Pregnancy or lactation
2.Participants with using cream that affect wrinkle or colors or with antioxidant ingredients within 1 month before joining research
3.Participants with treatment like laser, filler or botulinum toxin injection within 3 month before joining research
4.Participants with history of low platelet or coagulopathy or taking medicine that interfere the coagulation like warfarin
5.Participants with needle phobia
6.Participants with history of allergy to anesthesia drug or sodium citrate
7.Participants with underlying disease of connective tissue diseases, autoimmune disease, immunosuppressive host or kelod
8.Participants with any psychological problem
