Inclusion Criteria
Patients suffering from migraine headache
Patients who fulfilled the International classification of Headache disorder-3
Age group between 18-65 years
Both male and female
Exclusion Criteria
Patients suffering from headache other than migraine
Spinal radiculopathy
Depression
Pregnancy
Degenerative diseases
Un-cooperative patients
Recent surgeries or fracture of cervical spine
Contraindicated to CT manipulation
