Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•1\.Primary complaint of shoulder pain
•2\.Baseline Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) score of 20% or greater

Exclusion Criteria

•1\.Any contraindication to mobilization technique
•2\.Serious pathology and recent trauma or acute fracture to cervical or thoracic region
•3\.Prior surgery to cervical or thoracic spine
•4\.Adhesive capsulitis
•5\.CNS involvement
•6\.Current use on steroidal anti\-inflammatory drugs
