Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Primary complaint of shoulder pain
  • 2\.Baseline Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) score of 20% or greater

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Any contraindication to mobilization technique
  • 2\.Serious pathology and recent trauma or acute fracture to cervical or thoracic region
  • 3\.Prior surgery to cervical or thoracic spine
  • 4\.Adhesive capsulitis
  • 5\.CNS involvement
  • 6\.Current use on steroidal anti\-inflammatory drugs
