Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Primary complaint of shoulder pain
- •2\.Baseline Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI) score of 20% or greater
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Any contraindication to mobilization technique
- •2\.Serious pathology and recent trauma or acute fracture to cervical or thoracic region
- •3\.Prior surgery to cervical or thoracic spine
- •4\.Adhesive capsulitis
- •5\.CNS involvement
- •6\.Current use on steroidal anti\-inflammatory drugs
