Inclusion Criteria
•Lumbar PID characterized by radiating pain to unilateral lower limb (Mckenzie 1981, Cyriax )
•loss of lumbar lordosis, listing away from the painful side,
•Painful limitation lumbar flexion, extension & side flexion towards the painful side and SLR.
Exclusion Criteria
•Neurological deficit
•Shoulder pathology
•Cardio-respiratory problems
•Trauma or surgery of spine
•Inability to lie in prone with arms crossed across the chest
•Uncooperative patients
•all other contraindications for manual therapy
