1.Age 18-65 years
2.The participants must have met the indication for tonsillectomy
1. The participants have contraindication for surgery such as take antiplatelet medication or bleeding condition from genetic disease
2. Have contraindication for general anesthesia
3. Have underlying disease that reduce wound healing
4. Have history of RT/CCRT
5. Using steroid or immunotherapy drug
6. The participants have contraindication for acetaminophen, ibuprofen
7. The participants have contraindication for lysozyme chloride and egg white
8. Pregnancy of Lactation
