- no antibiotic use within 3 months
- no smoking
- no gingival and periodontal disease
Exclusion Criteria

Name Time Method The primary outcome is to evaluate the antibacterial <br/ ><br>effect of nanozinc in the acrylic baseplates of upper hawleys retainers on streptococcus mutans and lactobacillus acidophilus count in dental plaque collected from palatal surface of maxillary teeth.Timepoint: The time interval 1 week (T1) and Seven weeks (T2) after retainer insertion.
