Patient presenting with classical sign and symptom of Arsha
Patient presenting with signs and symptoms of internal haemorrhoids fulfilling 2nd degree criteria (Goligher grade)
Exclusion Criteria
Ano rectal malignancy
HIV, HbsAg, VDRL positive patient, HCVUncontrolled HypertensionUncontrolled DMHaemorrhoids with fissure and fistula in ano, Pregnant women
