Inclusion Criteria
Age between 18 and 35 years, male, at least two years of experience in cycling and a training load of at least 60 km of cycling per week.
Exclusion Criteria
Acute or chronic pain conditions, regular pain medication, joint diseases, psychological disorders, cardiovascular (e.g., hypertension), or metabolic conditions (e.g., diabetes mellitus)
