- •Age:> 18 years to 35 years
- •-The understanding of the German language
- •- Capable of giving consent
排除标准
- •a) The participant suffers from chronic diseases (such as COPD, asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes) that are treated with medication.
- •b) The participant has a hearing impairment (e.g. hearing loss) and / or severe visual impairment (e.g. acute glaucoma attack, wet macular degeneration)
- •c) Pregnancy
- •d) BMI greater than 35 kg / m2, as being overweight influences the measurements. The BMI is calculated from the weight and the height (BMI = weight in kg / (height in meters) ²) and represents the body weight in relation to the height.
- •e) Performing the movement of the upper and lower extremities is only possible with pain (e.g. osteoarthritis, after injury)
- •f) Amputation / loss of limbs beyond the loss of a finger
- •g) The participant is dependent on an aid (e.g. rollator, walking stick).
- •h) The participant has read or heard the books (The Old House and The Story of Tom Smart) in the last 12 months.
- •i) Age <18 years or> 35 years
