Inclusion Criteria
All patients with radiological changes suggestive of avascular necrosis of hip who will give informed consent and willing for follow up. With Ficat arlet stage 1 or 2.
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with renal function impairment. Patient with ficat arlet stage 3 or more. Post traumatic avascular necrosis of femoral head.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Funcional outcome by pain visual analogue scale and Modified Harris hip score. Radiological outcome by Ficat arlet staging.Timepoint: Immediate after therapy, every 8 weeks for 24 weeks then every 6 months untill 2 years.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method eed for other intervention like surgical intervention if there is no improvement in functional and radiological outcome.Timepoint: Every 6 monthly.
