Inclusion Criteria
Patients attending Ilmul Jarahat OPD National Institute of Unani Medicine
Diagnosed with Fissure in Ano with digital and proctoscopic examination
Exclusion Criteria
1. Fissure associated with any other anorectal disease.
2. Pregnant and lactating women
3. Malignancy
4. Severe systemic disease

Spincter Spasm <br/ ><br>5. Tenderness on Digital examination <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Improvement on 7th day, 14th day and 21st day will be assessed in the Assesment Parameters such as <br/ ><br>1.
