Inclusion Criteria

1.Both Males and female

2.Age group 60-75 years old.

3.MMSE score >= 24

4.Functionally Independent with or without assistive devices.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Subjects having musculoskeletal, cardiovascular , neurological disorders.

2.Individuals having uncorrected visual, auditory and cognitive problems that would interfere with understanding instructions and/or execution of the task.

3.Those who had already exposed to intervention in the last 6 months.
