By separately setting up PEEP that maximizes compliance and implementing recruitment in a timely manner, postoperative SpO 2 further increased.Half of obese patients became unnecessary for postoperative oxygen administration.Lung protective ventilation using the compliance as an index further improves postoperative respiratory function.
