- Brief Summary
There is circulation suppression as a problem of PEEP, and it is necessary to judge appropriate pressure in hemodialysis patients.Lung protective ventilation with PEEP 5 cmH2O is not sufficient pressure as prevention of collapse, but fluctuation of circulatory dynamics is small and postoperative oxygenating ability is improved.Lung protective ventilation of PEEP 5 cmH2O was considered useful for hemodialysis patients.
