Inclusion Criteria
patients with Acute Kidney Injury; creatinine rise more than 150-300%, or urine output less than 0.5 cc/kg/h for less than 12 hours
Exclusion criteria: previous history of acute kidney injury; dialysis; renal transplantation; urinary tract obstruction; hypovolemia

Name Time Method Acute Kidney Injury. Timepoint: First, third and seventh day. Method of measurement: Blood Urea Nitrogen?Urea, Urine Output.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method -GAL. Timepoint: First, Third and Seventh day. Method of measurement: N-GAL will be measured using USCnlife kit. Blood samples will be taken from the patients and immediately placed in a centrifuge with a round of 3000/min for15 minutes, then poured into the microtube and with maintaining the cold chain, transferred to the - 80 ° C freezer until the time of NGAL assessing.
