Dermatosurgical intervention under local anesthesia,
inpatient postoperative admission for at least one day,
Age greater than or equal to 18 years,
sufficient knowledge of German or the ability to read and write
dermatosurgical interventions under general anesthesia,
outpatient surgeries,
previous psychiatric illnesses,
patients with dementia or who are unable to consent,
chronic pain patients,
long-term use of psychotropic drugs and painkillers,
insufficient knowledge of German or inability to read and write,

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The aim of the study is to record the perception of pain in patients undergoing dermatosurgical intervention under local anesthesia.<br><br>Investigation protocols are provided as follows:<br>1. Preoperative survey: pain questionnaire, general medical history, psychological questionnaire (PCS,LOT-R,SFQ,PHQ9).<br><br>2. Postoperative survey: questionnaires NRS,VAS<br><br>3. Recording of the intra- and postoperative course of pain by means of a graphic drawing by the subject and collection of the postoperatively required pain medication on the first postoperative day.
