Inclusion Criteria
18-25 years male recreational cricket players.
-Players were engaged in 1-2 hours cricket training at least 4 days/week for past 1 year.
-Players who are willing to be a part of the study.
Exclusion Criteria
-Players having any complaint of musculoskeletal condition and had any soft tissue injury from past 6 months.
-Players who are suffering from neurological, cardiovascular or other medical conditions were excluded.
-The players involved in any type of Core training at the time of the study.
