- •Diagnosed case of pancreatitis with moderate to severe pain (NRS 4 to 10) .
排除标准
- •Patients with hypotension, respiratory depression or complications such as sepsis
- •Patients with known hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic
- •Patients with local wound site infection
- •Patients with altered pain perception â?? eg unconscious patients
- •Patients with known coagulation defects
- •Pregnant patients (positive urine or serum B-HCG)
