Implementing resistance exercise for the rotator cuff muscles in recreational badminton players may improve the rotator cuff muscle strength and smash velocity when the exercise protocol is up to 2 weeks. Resistance was provided by resistance band; more studies are needed to understand the effect of weighable wearable resistance on smash velocity in recreational badminton players also the effect of these exercise in an simulated match play.
