研究概览
简要总结
It is randomized controlled trial with a duration of four weeks and involving twelve patients that will
be devided into two groups based on the random method. It’s intervention involves stabilizing
exercises with Plyometric in one group and strength training exercises in second group. The patient will be
informed about the study and written consent will be taken. Firstly each patients demographic
information including age, height and weight will be gathered as a baseline data. Preintervention
measurements of outcome measures including agility, function, speed and ROM at shoulder joint will be taken. Interventions will be given for four weeks then
post intervention data of all outcome measures will taken.

入选标准
- •Subjects who are playing badminton from past two years.
- •Subjects volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
排除标准
- •Rotator cuff tendon torn in all layers, fracture, dislocation, nerve injury, and other diseases that cause shoulder pain.
- •History of recent trauma / injury or recent surgery related to shoulder.
- •History of any other serious musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary and psychological disorder.
