Overview
Brief Summary
老年人在完成 2 周 VR 姿势控制训练后,利用表面肌电、fNIRS 的结果以及量表得分的变化进行评价,并与对照自的老年人进行对比。同时我们也对健康人进行相关评估,与老年人进行对比,探究老龄化造成的差异。

Eligibility Criteria

- 20 to 80 (—)

Inclusion Criteria
- •1.年龄 20-40 周岁 20 名,年龄大于 60 周岁 60 名;
- •2.可独立站立维持时间超过 10 分钟;
- •3.家属及患者签署知情同意书。
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.存在有神经性病变、脑组织损伤、前庭、视觉或本体感受障碍病史;
- •2.患有恶性进行性高血压、严重的内脏系统疾病、恶性肿瘤等;
- •3.既往有脑器质性疾病、精神障碍、癫痫病史;
- •4.患者合并有认知及交流障碍而无法配合;
- •5.测试前 1 周摄?影响平衡功能的药物;
- •6.并发严重影响下肢感觉、运动的疾病,如风湿性关节炎、腰椎间盘突出症、下肢外伤、皮肤严重破损、骨折和周围神经病等。
