Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Women with adequate ovarian reserve (defined as basal AFC\>\=5 and serum AMH levels \>\= 1\.2 ng/ml) undergoing first cycle of ART (for first objective)
- •Women with adequate ovarian reserve with a previous history of poor ( \< 4 oocytes) or suboptimal response (4\-9\)to standard dose of gonadotrophin (for second objective)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women \>\= 35 years
- •Diminished ovarian reserve (defined as basal AFC \< 5 and serum AMH \< 1\.2 ng/ml)
- •Previous failed/cancelled cycle of ART (for first objective)
