Female status ASA I or II
Age 18_65 years
Scheduled for abdominal hysterectomy under general anesthesia
In form consent
-Type I and II Diabetes Mellitus or impaired fasting glucose or impaired glucose tolerance
-Preanesthetic blood glucose > 200 mg/dL or Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) of blood glucose > 180 mg/dL
-Heart failure
-Acute coronary syndrome
(Evidence from physical examination and review from medical records)
-Moderate renal insufficiency/renal failure
-Recent receiving antiemetic
-Steroid use
-Pregnancy
-EKG showed any arrhythmia or patient that on cardiac pacemaker
