Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Treatment in an EMANet emergency department during the study period, outpatient care received in the emergency department, triage categories 3, 4 or 5 (Manchester Triage System), no attachment to a primary care provider (self\-reported, EMAPREPARE I), arrival at the emergency department by emergency medical services (EMAPREPARE II).
Exclusion Criteria
- •Limited or absent ability to give informed consent, proficieny in the German language inadequate for survey participation.
