- •Inclusion Criteria:
- •1.Age 18–75
- •2.Trigger finger in 1–2 rays of the affected hand
- •3.Symptom duration > 3 months
- •4.Green’s Grade 3 or less
- •5.Diabetes with controlled BSLs
排除标准
- •1.Uncontrolled Diabetes
- •2.Trigger finger in > 2 rays of affected hand
- •3.Green’s garde 4
- •4.Rheumatoid arthritis or other condition requiring continuous oral corticosteroids
- •5.Previous history of surgery or injection in the affected ray
- •6.Dupuytren’s disease of the affected hand
- •7.Alcohol or drug abuse
- •8.Mental instability
