patients age 45-75 years old, OA knee grade II-III, knee pain at least 3 months, visual analog scale (VAS) more or equal than 3
dextrose, xylocaine or steroid allergy, history of knee replacement surgery, pregnancy, on anti-coagulant therapy, intraarticular injection therapy in last 3 months, secondary osteoarthritis knee such as gouty arthritis, psoriatic arthritis or septic arthritis, external wound or abscess around the knee, unwilling to stop taking NSAIDs after treatment and platelet count < 100,000 cell/mm3
