Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:
1.Age 18–75
2.Trigger finger in 1–2 rays of the affected hand
3.Symptom duration > 3 months
4.Green’s Grade 3 or less
5.Diabetes with controlled BSLs
Exclusion Criteria
1.Uncontrolled Diabetes
2.Trigger finger in > 2 rays of affected hand
3.Green’s garde 4
4.Rheumatoid arthritis or other condition requiring continuous oral corticosteroids
5.Previous history of surgery or injection in the affected ray
6.Dupuytren’s disease of the affected hand
7.Alcohol or drug abuse
8.Mental instability
