- Male
入选标准
- •1. Patients with respiratory failure caused by severe AECOPD;
- •2. Patients transferred to ICU for invasive mechanical ventilation after tracheal intubation;
- •3. Patients with stable vital signs.
排除标准
- •1. The patient's age is less than 18 years old or more than 75 years old;
- •2. Patients who need to use muscle relaxants;
- •3. Patients with thoracic or spinal deformities;
- •4. Patients whose systolic blood pressure >= 180mmhg or less than 90mmHg could not be corrected;
- •5. Patients of pregnant women;
- •6. Patients with myocardial infarction;
- •7. Patients with left heart failure and cardiogenic pulmonary edema;
- •8. Patients with history of tumor and liver disease;
- •9. Patients with chronic renal failure in basic diseases;
- •10. Patients with transcutaneous oxygen saturation less than 80%.
