Inclusion Criteria

Persons with hemiplegia (lower limb motor paralysis) due to cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage of the first attack
Age 20 to 80
Persons who have entered the convalescent rehabilitation ward and have been onset for more than 2 months
Right or left unilateral hemisphere brain injury
Those who are hemiplegic and have no obvious paralysis on the non-paralyzed side
Persons who can walk continuously for 10 m or more at light assistance to proximal monitoring level or higher (canes and orthoses can be used) and can safely perform independent training on parallel bars.
Those who can understand the explanation of the research content
Those who have consented to the study

Exclusion Criteria

Those who have a cardiovascular disease that interferes with exercise and are at risk for exercise
Persons with pain due to orthopedic disorders that interfere with exercise
Those with severe ataxia
Those who are undergoing Botox treatment
