a.Age 18 â?? 60 years
b.ASA â?? I/II status
c.Routine elective surgery
Exclusion Criteria
a.ASA grade III / IV
b.History of neck surgery
c.Any valvular heart disease, pulmonary artery hypertension, congestive cardiac failure
d.Morbid obesity
e.Severe obstructive pulmonary disease
f.Any haemodynamically unstable patient
g.History of previous right IJV cannulation
h.Short neck
