1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria of chronic kidney disease and the standard of Chinese medicine syndrome.
2. Age between 30 and 75 years old (including 30 and 75 years old).
3. The patient refused renal replacement therapy and insisted on conservative treatment.
4. Follow-up clinics and hospitalizations, good compliance, and informed consent.
1. Chronic kidney disease has undergone long-term maintenance hemodialysis.
2. Vital signs are not stable and need to rely on drugs, ventilators and other maintainers.
3. There are urgent dialysis indications such as hyperkalemia, acidosis, and uremia encephalopathy that are difficult to correct.
4. There are serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver diseases, blood system diseases, combined with severe heart failure, infection has not yet eased.
5. Who are currently taking glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants.
6. Severe intestinal disease can not tolerate the enema.
7. Patients with chronic diarrhea and hemorrhoids, anal fissure, and intestinal surgery.
8. The purpose of hospitalization is clear to start hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
