Screening assessments for apparently healthy individuals will be done on the basis of medical history, Clinical examination, safety laboratory tests (CBC, ESR, LFT, RFT, HbA1c, Lipid profile, Thyroid Profile, complete urine analysis, urine for pregnancy test, HIV & VDRL, ECG, Chest X-ray (PA view).
2.Subjects willing to give voluntarily written informed consent.
•Subjects who are on regular medication for any physical or mental illness.
•Subjects who are not willing to participate in the study for 2 years.
•Pregnant woman/who are planning for conception/lactating mother.
•Subjects with systolic blood pressure above 139 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure above 89 mmHg (as per JNC 7 classification)
•Subjects with HbA1c > 6.4
•Subjects withTSH > 10.0 mIU/L
•Subjects with Hb level < 10 gm/dl
