入选标准
- •Individuals having rounded shoulders will be included if the distance between
- •couch and shoulder peak is >= 2.5 cm measured in supine lying.
- •Asymptomatic individuals with age group of 18 to 50 years.(4)
- •Individuals who are not undergoing any physiotherapy treatment for rounded
排除标准
- •Neurological impairments
- •Recent surgery of the shoulder, spine ,thorax, abdomen in last 6 months
- •History of recent trauma or fracture to cervical spine clavicle, scapula and
- •Any febrile condition
- •sensitive skin, allergy to gel and open wounds
- •Congenital deformity of upper limb and chest
- •Spinal deformities
- •Lung disorders and chronic smokers
- •Hand weakness due to any other pathology
