Inclusion Criteria

(a) Patients within 3 weeks of acute myocardial infarction
(b) Low-risk and moderate-risk groups that cause cardiovascular events during exercise training
(c) Patients who can walk on a treadmill
(d) Those who voluntarily agreed to the purpose and method of this study
(e) Adults 19 to 75 years

Exclusion Criteria

(a) History of previous percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery
(b) The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) is less than 40%
(c) High risk of cardiovascular accident during exercise training
(d) There are neuro-musculoskeletal problems and lung diseases that interfere with exercise program performance
(e) If you can not continue exercising for other reasons
(f) Contraindications to Exercise Stress Test according to American Heart Association
(Acute myocardial infarction within 2 days, High-risk unstable angina, Uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmias causing symptoms of hemodynamic compromise, symptomatic severe aortic stenosis, uncontrolled symptomatic congestive heart failure, acute pulmonary embolus or pulmonary infarction, acute myocarditis or pericarditis, acute aortic dissection)
(g) Those who voluntarily disagree with the purpose and method of this study
