Inclusion Criteria
Patients with BMI more than equal to 30 kg per metre square and having sign and symptoms of Sthaulya like Kshudrswasa Pipasadhikya Kshudadhikya Swapnadhikya Swedadhikya Gatradaurgandhya Daurbalyata or Alp vyayam Chalsphigudarastana Alasya or Utsah hani
Individual ready to abide by study procedure
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having age less than 30 years and more than 50 years
Patients with BMI less than 30 kg per metre square
Patient having any Endocrinal disease like Diabetes Mellitus Hypothyroidism
Patient taking any medicine that leads to overweight like corticosteroids O C pills
Patients not willing to participate in the study
