Adults 18 years of age or older and metabolic syndrome: Risk group of metabolic syndrome based on International Diabetes Federation (IDF) criteria
? Abdominal obesity: waist circumference =90 cm for men, =80 cm for women (based on East Asians) or BMI is> 30 kg / m²
? systolic / diastolic blood pressure =130 / 85 mmHg
? Fasting blood sugar =100 mg / dL or those diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
? Neutral lipid> 150 mg / dL or dyslipidemia diagnosis
? High-density cholesterol <40 mg / dL for men, <50 mg / dL for women or those with experience in treatment with dyslipidemia diagnosis
? People who have diseases other than hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, or are taking medications to treat other diseases.
? A person who has undergone surgical treatment due to a fracture or damage to the musculoskeletal system within the last 6 months.
? Those who participated in regular exercise more than 2 times per week on average and 1 hour per week within the last 6 months.
? Those who have been deemed unsuitable by other research directors as subjects of this study.
