Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion Criteria: Not participating in regular physical activity during the last 6 months, complete cessation of the menstrual cycle more than a year and hypertension .
Exclusion Criteria
- •Use of anti\-hypertensive drugs and hormonal therapy, cardiovascular disease.
