Inclusion Criteria
1Males and females greater than 30 of age.
2Patients developing depigmented macules or patches only after the age of 30 years.
3Providing signed consent forms after understanding the written contents outlining the requirements of participating in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
•Patients having exacerbation of disease after 30 years.
•Patients with known thyroid disease or on thyroid supplementation or anti thyroid therapy
•Patients with concomitant other skin diseases like psoriasis or urticaria
